Money back guarantee
For the 'Classic' and 'All-In' packages, we offer a refund in the case that candidate will not receive any offer from any management consulting firms. This refund is subject to the following conditions:

The candidate has been invited to interview with at least one management consulting firm

The candidate has showned proof of an invitation to interview upon request (e.g., invitation email)

The candidate has completed the interviews to which he/she has been invited to

The candidate has not refused an offer made by a management consulting firms
In case of refund, the candidate will receive a refund within of 7 business days via PayPal.
1-1 coaching sessions
Session are done via Skype by default, unless otherwise agreed. ZeroToMBB cannot be held responsible for connectivity issues. However, we will work with you to reschedule if technical difficulties occur. Unless otherwise agreed, all cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the start of a scheduled session will cause a session to be deducted from the total number of sessions remaining on the account.
